BMW F800 R 09-11GIVI manufactures the quick release version of the PL and PLX side mounts under the names PLR and PLXR, respectively. The solid steel tube holders are fixed to the motorcycle with a quick-release mechanism, which can be released or closed by turning a special GIVI tool included in the set 180 degrees.
