Torco MPZ® EAL engine assembly lubricant

Professional assembly paste, which enables the professional assembly of sliding, frictional parts. It protects the components from the destructive effects of a possible partial lack of oil during the first start-up. Its use is particularly recommended for the lubrication of camshafts, crankshaft and crank plain bearings, pistons and piston pins of internal combustion engines during assembly, as well as for the lubrication tasks required when assembling gearboxes. In addition, it can be used in all mechanical equipment where there is a risk of dry starting.

The lubricant is a special, high-viscosity, dense, honey-like substance that does not run off even vertical surfaces during assembly. Engine oil completely dissolves it, contains a high concentration of anti-wear and anti-friction materials, as well as an additive that compensates for shock-like stress. After the engine starts, as the oil pressure builds up, the oil washes off the surfaces, leaves no residue, and does not clog the oil passages.
